Day 1: Transfer to Ishasha sector in Queen Elizabeth national park.
On the 1st day of the safari, depending on your location, your safari guide from African Vacation Safaris will pick you up from either Entebbe International Airport or from your hotel in Kampala. He will welcome you and then brief you about the 2 days tree climbing lions safari in Queen Elizabeth national park. After the briefing you will begin with your journey to the southern part of the country to Queen Elizabeth national park. Along the way you will have the stopover at the equator in Kayabwe for taking cool pictures, having equator experience, taking coffee and purchasing souvenirs.
After you will continue with your journey and make another stopover in Mbarara for the enroute lunch in Mbarara and after lunch you will drive until you will reach Queen Elizabeth national park with the magnificent views of the crater lakes, natural forests, tea plantations, banana plantations, and among others. Towards arriving the park you will enjoy the en-route game viewing towards heading to your lodge to spot various numbers of wildlife including buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, elephants, waterbucks, warthogs and others, and various bird species. Upon your arrival you will check in your lodge and be served with dinner, and relax, overnight stay.
Day 2: Game drive and departure to Kampala.
On the last day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy your breakfast, after breakfast check out from your lodge and then meet your safari guide and then come to the park for the game drive within Ishasha sector, during the game drive you will spot the tree-climbing lions lying in in acacia tree branches staring at their prey in the open savannah.
You will also be able to spot other great animal species like Uganda Kobs, topis, elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, and others minus forgetting bird species like African green pigeon, long-tailed nightjar, white-headed barbet and others. After the game drive you will drive and exist the park and then start with your journey to Kampala with the en-route lunch. After lunch, you will continue with your journey until Kampala and upon your arrival your safari driver will drop you off at Entebbe International Airport or to your hotel in Kampala that will make your safari come to the end.
